Returns & exchanges
Our main goal is to ensure you’re 100% happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 5 days of receiving your order.
Items for which you intend to get a refund must be in their original form and packaging — unused and unworn. Original and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are subtracted from the refund amount.
Please ensure you respect these conditions and follow this easy process:
- All merchandise must be unused or unworn.
- All products must be in their original packaging and tags must be attached to the item(s).
- Please include proof of purchase with your return.
- All shipping charges are not refundable. This includes return shipping and handling fees, which are covered by the sender. If a mistake was made on our end and we’ve sent you the wrong item, then we will cover these fees.
- Ensure that you get a tracking # at your local post office/shipping carrier. We send all of our orders with a tracking number, so make sure you do the same when you’re shipping the items back to us (it’s very important for your own tracking purposes).
- Make sure to contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.
- In your message please include:
- The original order number
- Your return tracking number
- Some detail as to why you wish to return the item, so we can keep improving our products and services in an effort to serve you better in the future.
- We will as promptly as possible refund the cost of your returned items once we receive them and send you a confirmation once it’s completed.
- If you would like to exchange your items, simply make a new purchase and we will refund the cost of the items you are returning as soon as we receive them.
- It’s our main goal to make you happy so if you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us with any of your concerns.
