OhanaTribe is a proud Canadian company. All of our prices are in CAD dollars. 

Shipping

As a small business, there’s a good chance that the person packing your order is me, Faten, the founder of OhanaTribe or a family member helping me.

Processing your order may take me 1-2 business days. And please allow 3-4 days of processing time around statutory and winter holidays.

Canada Post is our main courier for shipments in Canada and across the globe.

Please note that we do not refund shipping charges due to delays in delivery because these circumstances are beyond our control.

CANADA

  • Free tracked shipping on orders of 108$ CAD or more (before taxes).
  • Standard shipping rates apply to all orders under 108$ (before taxes).
  • Allow 5-7 business days (average) for delivery time.
  • With your order processing time, count approximately 10 business days from the day you make your order to receiving it at your doorstep.
  • Please be patient, and remember that we're not Amazon, but that we will bestow each order you make with the outmost love & care.

US

  • Free tracked shipping on orders of $108 USD or more.
  • US shipping rates (with tracking #) will apply to all orders under $108.
  • Allow 7-10 business days (average) for delivery time. Additional delays may occur due to customs clearing, especially during statutory holidays and the holiday season. This may cause your order to take longer to transit. It is completely out of our control if this occurs.
  • With your order processing time, count approximately 12 business days from the day you make your order to receiving it on your doorstep.
  • For timely updates about the status of your delivery, simply track your package online using the tracking number you received on your email order confirmation. Please be patient and remember that we’re not Amazon, but we will bestow every order you make with the outmost love & care.  
  • Additional taxes or duties may be charged by US customs and are the recipient’s sole responsibility upon delivery of your package.
  • Although OhanaTribe’s Mala designs and essential oil blends are exclusively available to order from ohanatribe.com, our friends from Bali Malas in the US offer a wide selection of beautiful designs also handmade by Aum Rudraksha Designs in Bali. They ship directly from the US if you wish to avoid any additional taxes or duties that may be applied to your order shipped from Canada.

INTERNATIONAL

  • International shipping rates (with tracking #) will apply to all orders.
  • Allow 8-12 business days (average) for delivery time.
  • Additional delays may occur due to customs clearing, especially during statutory holidays and holiday season. This may cause your order to take longer in transit. It is completely out of our control if this occurs.
  • With your order processing time, count approximately 14 business days from the day you make your order to receiving it on your doorstep.
  • For timely updates about the status of your delivery, simply track your package online using the tracking number you received on your email order confirmation. Please be patient and remember that we’re not Amazon 
  • Additional taxes or duties may be charged by your country’s customs and are the recipient’s sole responsibility upon delivery of your package.
  • Although OhanaTribe’s Mala designs & essential oil blends are exclusively available to order from ohanatribe.com, we have friends all around the world which offer a wide selection of beautiful designs also handmade by Aum Rudraksha Designs in Bali. They ship directly from their home countries if you wish to pay in your local currency or avoid any additional taxes, duties, and brokerage fees that may be applied to your order shipped from Canada.  www.aumrudraksha.com

Returns & Exchanges

Our main goal is to ensure you’re 100% happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 5 days of receiving your order.

Items for which you intend to get a refund must be in their original form and packaging — unused and unworn. Original and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are subtracted from the refund amount.

Please ensure you respect these conditions and follow this easy process:

  1. All merchandise must be unused or unworn.
  2. All products must be in their original packaging and tags must be attached to the item(s).
  3. Please include proof of purchase with your return.
  4. All shipping charges are not refundable. This includes return shipping and handling fees, which are covered by the sender. If a mistake was made on our end and we’ve sent you the wrong item, then we will cover these fees.
  5. Ensure that you get a tracking # at your local post office/shipping carrier. We send all of our orders with a tracking number, so make sure you do the same when you’re shipping the items back to us (it’s very important for your own tracking purposes).
  6. Make sure to contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.
  7. In your message please include:
    • The original order number
    • Your return tracking number
    • Some detail as to why you wish to return the item, so we can keep improving our products and services in an effort to serve you better in the future.
  8. We will as promptly as possible refund the cost of your returned items once we receive them and send you a confirmation once it’s completed.
  9. If you would like to exchange your items, simply make a new purchase and we will refund the cost of the items you are returning as soon as we receive them.
  10. It’s our main goal to make you happy so if you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us with any of your concerns.

We use third-party services like Shopify, PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay and Mailchimp to help deliver a complete and seamless customer experience. These companies have their own privacy policy, and we encourage all visitors to view those before engaging with third-party services.

Shopify 

OhanaTribe uses Shopify as a collection and fee management service. As part of Shopify’s service offering, they may use third parties like Paypal, Apple Pay and Stripe. As a result of your purchase, the personal information you provide may include names, addresses, phone numbers, and credit/debit card info.
